Diagnosed since may 2014 with an anxiety disorder and hyperventilation. Sitting in the hospital at the age of 21 and thinking your life is over. Being afraid of everything, depressed and a continues feeling of 'i'm going to die'. But i overcame my fear. One of my best therapies where flying. It gave me confidence and the feeling of freedom.
